Confusing this year and not very helpful. No running totals in some of the categories. Could not delete certain entries. Could not immediately efile because your system was down. n

could not print

Did not understand passkey, so I by passed it, would have liked some info on how to do it.
Could not print on my Mac, had to trouble shot which took a lot of time but did find a way to print. Never had this problem before.

Not support importing its own files past 2023

We always used TurboTax to file our returns - Good experience up to that point. Last year, one of our children had her company filed her tax returns. So, we did file her tax returns but still filed for the rest of the family. This year, TurboTax will not allow us to import her TurboTax 2022 returns we had on file (.tax2022). This is a big disappointment for us and for those ran into similar tax situation. Why would you not support your own TurboTax files from previous years? Hope you fix this issue to improve the quality of your software!
