CANNOT PRINT RETURNS

I could not print my returns. The ball would spin for a few seconds, then there would be a beep sound and nothing. I have updated all of my software and drivers: MacBook Pro, TT, 2 printers (Brother HL-L5200DW, Canon Pixma), and Adobe Acrobat. I've restarted and shutdown my MacBook. Cleared cache, reinstalled TT and print still won't work. I've been using TT for a decade. I've never had print problems. I tried printing my 2023 taxes, which printed last year, and they do not print either. I DO NOT WANT A WORK AROUND as have been suggested to others. I WANT THIS FIXED!

Follow up needed

Overall good, but really need to have "after" filing follow up. Once it is filed, it does not show on "Filing Status" when it was filed and no way to follow up or how to follow up.

Excellent support...my taxes got complicated and calls to the "experts" provided excellent support and help to power through and get them done. We've been working together for several years (10+) wouldn't use any other software or support.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

MacOS printing is broken

VERY disappointed that printing from MacOS did not work and required a workaround. If this is not resolved well before the filing deadline, I will cease to be a TurboTax customer after nearly 20 years.
