TURBOTAX Not So Good with my 2024 Taxes

Not happy this year. I could not file form 5695. Turbotax is months behind getting this form properly handled.
It appears like they had issues last year too. You'd think they would learn from that to fix it for good. Nope!
So I filed without and now I have to file an amended return to get my energy credit.

20 years with quality results!

I have been using Turbo tax for nearly 20 years! (1996)
I have always found the software simple, clear & concise.
Only this year did I encounter a software problem that made customer technical assistance necessary.
It took nearly an hour on the phone to find the problem file (corrupted microsoft), but the tech stayed with me until the solution was discovered!!! I have seldom felt so justified in selecting a product when the chips were down.

Mac running Sequoia

there are some issues with using desktop version on a Mac running Sequoia, ie multiple instances of running the app
Overall pleased
Will probably go with online version next year to avoid this possible issue in the future

TurboTax is the best.

Two things: I did not like the change to entering investments. I prefer them listed so you can edit or delete. I had one interest that I had trouble getting rid of so it would not be an error. And despite help from the techs I could not print from the print screen. One of them showed me how to do a pdf file. I printed that.

It has worked for us over the years and i do not have to make appointments to go into an office to discuss the process.
