IT A GREAT PROGRAM.BEFORE ITS EASY TO SAVE TAXES FILES NOW ITS VEWRY DIFFICULT TO SAVED. ONE HAS TO SAVED ON COMPUTER.

I've used Turbo Tax since it came out and never had any issues. For the past 2 years it's been a nightmare. There is always ONE box that is automatically highlighted in blue with a $0. amount. There was no explanation for it so I attempted to clear it out but it would not allow me to. I had to contact support over the phone and both times it took quite some time for it to be corrected. The first time, the woman took great pains to help and finally was able to walk me through how to remove it. The second time I was on the phone for over 4 hours, with 4 different people. What a nightmare! Even the people who helped me had a difficult time.

GREAT TOOL messed up by unprofessional marketing

As always, Turbotax is the best tool for preparing a tax return. This year, it was too difficult to find my draft 1099s on the Intuit web site. The advertising for your expert help and for CreditKarma was too intrusive. It is ok to ask once. After that, you should remember my answers and perhaps at the very end ask one final time.
