TurboTax if fairly good

The product works fairly well. I almost always have to enter data that should have been imported from the previous year. Also, the credit card processing almost never works... rather than sit on the phone with India, I generally mail my state return to avoid.

Would not import my file from last tax season and could not find information to solve the problem on turbo tax. Relying on google to point you in the right direction shouldn't be necessary

It is not easy to get an answer to our questions. When we click on your help ion, it redirects us to the website, which only provides answers to general questions.
