This year was much mo0re complicated than previous ones, and I'm thrilled I could finish my taxes with an on-live support person. I engaged with John, who was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could Use a Little Tweaking

I like the ease of not having to know & understand all of the IRS laws, but I do know more than most. What I don't like about TurboTax is having to enter all of my business info, before entering my employment info. I spend hours on the first part, but not long at all on the employment part, only to find that small amount of business income & deductions are hardly worth the effort.
