Turbo Tax Changes - upsell, upsell, upsell

i don't like the change in your business model. I feel like at every turn you are trying to upgrade services (for a fee), upsell advice (for a fee) upsell subscription. I do not like the price which for a download is overpriced. It should be cheaper than the CD version which by the way is no longer available. I think pushing your full service model on everyone is very disappointing. I may have to find another software next year

Absolutely hate the changes around entering 1099-DIV and 1099-INT forms. So awkward and way worse than in prior years. Please go back to the old system.

Turbo TAx state returns

I was disappointed that Iowa tax return for 2024 still had the issue of wrong health insurance amount being automatically entered. There was issue with it on 2023 tax return.

Worked well. Did not have any issues this year. It would be so much better if you could e-file the state return for free or at a reasonable cost.

This year was mostly normal with the exception that we sold and out of state rental. Was a bit tricky, but was able to navigate around to complete the forms
