I seem to have more issues every year

Two issues. One, I got an efile error that I needed to update the software, but it said it was up to date. I had to go online and figure out how to manually update it. I'm not a techy, so this took me a significant amount of time.
Two, I bought the state file for $25. After I filed it, they offered to let me file for $20. This did not make me happy. Wondering if I should try another vendor next year.

eFiling Issues

I had problems with efiling the State & City forms necessary for my taxes so had to go back & override the settings. I also couldn't print anything due to the City form error because I couldn't efile my City taxes. The program would not allow it. I didn't want to wait for that to be fixed so had to try & print my City paperwork but could only do so thru Page Preview. I had to delete the City forms in order to file my State forms - another issue I had to override. These things need fixed.

Filing Issues

Once I had all my data entered I had difficulty actually filling my taxes. For some reason it locked up, twice, and I had to find another action for it to do to free itself.
I was also unable to print/ save a copy of the taxes. Perhaps I can do it another day

Download trouble

I purchased Turbo Tax at a store expecting a CD. Instead I had to download the program which I could have done from home. Had I known this was the case I could have saved time and money. I also spent more then two hours on tech support to get it to work. Ended up the tech folks had to send me a new download. What a pain.
