Worst Version and fails to e-file correctly

Lots of issues with the 2024 Tax Year TurboTax, including failure to transmit the taxpayer PIN which results in IRS rejection. Technical Support is pretty much non-existent.

Turbo Tax is a pain to use.

This program is a pain to use. Will probably try a different program next year. Every time you log in to use the program you have to download their updates and install and relaunch before you can use the program. You have to do this sometimes 3 or 4 times a day if you close your computer. Also if you are filing state returns they hit you with another fee which they don't tell you about up front. I would not recommend this program

Needs better explanations on errors

for the most part it is really easy to use. This is my second year using it and i keep running into a issue with my state taxes getting rejected. I receive an email with why it is being rejected but there are no steps on how to fix it. It is frustrating that once i am done with putting my information in, TurboTax reviews it and there is no errors. Doesn't make sense that there is no errors but my state taxes keep getting rejected.
