Overall it works great . One nagging issue. My State requires a copy of 1099R's. No summary form with state info for mailing.

RMD screw-up made me an unhappy customer

The only reason I'll be stuck with TT every year is because they transfer my previous year's info, but after this year's frustration, I'm not sure it will be worth it. There's no excuse for selling me glitchy software, and then taking seven weeks to resolve it, during which time I was held hostage, waiting waiting, and unable to file.
