Great product, I've used it for years

Excellent product. Easy to use.
But you say state e-file is $20, but when you get locked down to the end of the process; you charge $25.

Operator error or software glitch ?

This year, the software put the gross wages paid to a household employee in schedule C. This is incorrect. I file W-2 and W-3 for this employee but everything goes on Scheule H (which does NOT take gross wages into account) NOT schedule1, Schedule C, no business deduction, no loss carryover. Have no idea if I did something wrong or if there's a software glitch. Couldn't seem to find anywhere on the input questions to edit this. SO... Ended up doing the whole 16 page return by hand. Right now, I'm thinking I shouldn't buy TurboTax next year.

Turbo Tax needs to simplify the print process

The topic list was not easy to follow if I found something that looked suspicious in the review of the forms. The worst part of TT was trying to print forms out to mail. It seemed like it was making it easier to e-file because it made $ on the state filing.
