TurboTax Very Good, Except . . . !!

TurboTax is great with one painful exception: when filing my 2023 returns, I specifically opted "NO" to Audit Defense FOUR TIMES; yet TurboTax charged me $60 for the Audit Defense anyway.
For my 2024 filing, I again said "NO" to Audit Defense -- and yet, the very last page before TurboTax submitted my Returns said "Audit Defense" and demanded that I confirm all my contact info as if I had said "YES"!!!!!
I do not appreciate being ripped off, and TurboTax owes me $60 (plus reasonable interest) from its unauthorized application of Audit Defense in January 2023.
