Turbo Tax Home & Business is an excellent product.

The product is easy to use. I did have to speak to an expert because I had purchased the Deluxe Package, only to learn that I needed Home & Business.

Everything is relatively straightforward. I am very glad that you don't change the interface very much from one year to the next, because it makes it easier to use and less likely for me to make mistakes.

I filed an amended return a few days after electonically filing my Federal and Ohio returns. The process to create the amended return was straightforward and easy. I elected to file the Federal amended return electronically, which was also no problem. I was surprised that there was no option to file an amended Ohio return. When I checked status of the amended returns, it showed the Federal amended was in process and that the Ohio was filed and accepted. It is unclear to me if the Ohio amended return filed automatically or if it was not filed at all. I was given no option to file the Ohio amnded return and the process was not explained to me.

Your tech expert helped us initially with a computer issue and was skilled and knowledgeable. His name was Kire. The program worked quickly and efficiently once again. This is our sixth or seventh year (maybe more) using TurboTax, and we're grateful for the program and its efficiency.
