Buggy. Helpful but buggy.

Often many bugs and lack of updates until too late. This year, for e.g. the IP PIN field isn't long enough to take my IP PIN for 2024, which means I can't file electronically. Last year it was an issue with energy credits.

Taxes made easy...? Not If I wanted to Print Them

I gave this years Turbotax program a 3 star. Not because it did my taxes poorly, but because I spent over an hour struggling to print the return I had completed. The program would not print it. I had to struggle with the suggestions I found online and through Turbotax's AI chat (which was very unhelpful), until finally I found a phone number to an actual person who unfortunately had to deal with my angry and frustrated mood at what was usually a simple process. With his help I was able to print my return, but I should not have had such a hard time and if I could have spoken with someone like him sooner I probably wouldn't have been as frustrated or angry. Turbotax is supposed to make doing my taxes easier, this is usually the case, but I am seriously disappointed in this years program and feel they need to rethink next years because if I have this experience again next year I will likely have to look into other program because this was way too frustrating. I prefer to print my returns and when the program professes that I can, I shouldn't need an expert to make it happen.

Bug in Washington State taxes

You need to fix the default for Washington State users. The default is to file taxes electronically. Since WA State does not have a State Tax, TT blocks me from filing electronically. Took me two hours to find a work around, The work around is to just tell TT not to file my State Tax,.

Please add support for LA form 10606

LA form 10606 is still not supported and has to be manually filled out. Required information has to be pulled from TurboTax worksheet. LA return would be rejected without filing 10606, but is not pointed out by TurboTax.

Great Tax Software. I dont imagine myself preparing my taxes using a different software. 10 years with TurboTax and counting.
