The program is easy to follow when utilizing the step-by-step directions.
And you can readily save your work come back to the place you left off, and update data as needed.
If you have your documents ready, you can complete the return relatively quickly...in my case, just a few hours.

Several Frustrating Issues

While the software walks you through the process step-by-step, terminology is not always intuitive. Also, the software did not import all of my information from the previous tax year (which was done using the same software), requiring me to spend much time sorting through previous year answers for data entry. And, I was offered a discount to e-file state income taxes ($20 instead of $25), which didn't get translated to the website when my card was charged, so I was charged the normal $25 fee (for which I will attempt to get a partial refund).

Have been using your product for more than a decade. Can navigate easily and using prior return as basis makes it easy. Minimal data entry and easy to add new items. The return reviews are helpful.

The bank info download did not download 1 of 3 accounts at Ally Bank.
The TurboTax software didn't load quickly and "froze" several times throughout the tax preparation.
