Stupid Account Required

I HATE that an Intuit account is required. It's absolutely AWFUL. The account is absolutely useless, and should NOT be required. There is absolutely NO benefit to me as a tax preparer, and it is simply an example of Intuit stealing my personal information.

Good software but it is not as good as it formerly was. Seems there are less and less instructions each year. Ther are a lot of assumptions on their part.

I miss not being able to order a CD version vs the download.
TurboTax now charges to talk with an advisor - something that used to be included for free. I live in a state that does not require a state return - the old TT looked at the state I live in and said I didn't need to file and moved on. The new TT wouldn't believe me and continued to argue with me about not filing...

Disappointed with TurboTax this year.

Preparation is easy, however, I have a Desktop Mac and have not been able to print the tax returns. Customer for over 20 years and not happy that this software problem exists.
