poor built in help and terrible links between state and federal. also ver bad connectivity between current and prior state filings. the product has gotten worse over the last couple of years

It doesn't tell a user where you can update the program. That's terrible the way you changed it this year where it doesn't ask you if you want to update.

Still love TurboTax

The Support supervisor, Ladonia, was wonderful. She found a problem that I believe was caused by a poorly structured question about the RMD. The question was about an individual IRA and I took it to mean all of my IRAs. The information is misleading on an account basis since the IRS does not require distributing by account. I believe this is a new question this year and should be removed since it is meaningless.
