I was really upset with it this year. It didn't bring up the places I get 1099's from, only one. I had to retype everything , it was very time consuming. Other than that so far all was good.

Turbo tax is easy to use and user friendly. There are a lot of updates throughout the process.

Turbo Tax is great with a few cons

I love the software and have been using it since 2010. The issue I have is when there is an update to the software I get an error that is unrecoverable. I have to uninstall it, then re-install it to complete the updates. Time consuming and a hassle.

turbo tax works great with the exception of not be able to file my state taxes on line turbo tax does not support MO-TC this delays my refund

Best friend in the tax season

I have been using Turbo for a long time. I really helped me a lot. Once or twice when I received inquiries from either IRS or the state, Turbo defense was able to help wade through various complexities.

A must have but this year a little buggy

I could never do my taxes without TurboTax. This year though there were errors found in the final review that made me have to research online and then go make changes on the forms. Yuk.
