Reliable and Easy Tax Software

Great software to use, especially when it pulls & loads data from previous year(s). My only suggestion would be for it to get smarter about recognizing things like the filer living in a state that does not have state income tax, and who did not have income earned in another state. Don't ask me about state income tax forms when I clearly don't have to pay any.

Turbo Tax is very good

Struggled a bit with the RMD questions and helpline couldn't resolve my issue. I have 3 accounts with RMD. I satisfied my total RMD requirement with distributions from 2 of the 3 accounts. Turbo Tax want distributions from all 3 accounts to avoid the penalty calculations. Other than that, it is easy to use.
