You made it more difficult this year to understand why some numbers were calculated without explaination.

TurboTax software is the best!

TurboTax software is excellent and user-friendly tax software. I just have one small complaint. I had to pay $25 to electronically file the state return instead of the discounted rate of $20. Not sure why but the $5 difference is not a big deal.

Straight Forward and Intuitive

Couple bugs with the 2023 software had been worked out. Software downloaded easy. Software walked you through the tax code. Everything was straight forward and intuitive.

Bring back the CD

If I had not used Turbo Tax for the last 40 years, I would have switched. I want the CD back! If I need it years later, I would have it. It is to late this year, but next year I will be looking for an accountant. Then I won't have to worry about keeping up with it.
