used it many years, don't use the extra paid advice. H&R block program is less expensive and i could change over,
but if it not broken don't fix it. but you may be losing younger folks just starting to need the program and choosing a lees expensive option I think Turbo Tax is well rated, better than H&R a few bucks extra is cheap peace of mind.
How about a discount for senior's over 70 that have used your program for about 20 yrs LOL

General organization of this software was always big question. Installation of the software, each year something new, something more difficult, more numbers, more licenses, more nonsense. Many questions have to be answer twice, what for?
