Easy and trustworthy

Been using it successfully for years, through changes from kids and mortgages to college to retirement. This software loads info from previous year and checks for new situations, so it's easy ad intuitive and makes me confident I'm getting it right. Organizing my records is most of the work; with guidance from TurboTax, I don't need to pay a pro to fill in the forms.

I have filed with TurboTax for many years now, always with complete satisfaction, but this year was SPECIAL because I ran into a snag requiring assistance from one of your experts.
She solved the problem with great aplomb and left me with a $1,678 refund in place of a $14,291 bill, nobody will ever top that.. THANK YOU WITH MY ENTIRE HEART - TOP TO BOTTOM
