TurboTax Oregon TY2023 Blunder

A response to Oregon Senator Ron Wyden's letter last year is fully expected. See https://www.wyden.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/intuit_letter_re_turbotax.pdf for the letter. Where is the response and what actions were taken? Intuit is really close to losing my business altogether. A significant tipping point is the $25 Oregon e-filing fee. The least Intuit can do after the blunder last year as well as the shameful behavior over many years is remove the state e-filing fee.

Long time user will look for a different product

Terrible time using the product this year. Had to reinstall and start over. State return won't efile even though all updates were installed.

Rejected return and I have no one to help

My return keeps getting rejected because the IRS seems to think My husband's AGI on our joint return is not my AGI. May be an IRS issue. But it seems to be happening enough for people to comment, so you should be at least telling people how to handle the issue or alerting the IRS of their mistake.
