Turbo Tax is a bit of a disappointment this Year

I have slow internet, so I miss having the CD. I also had to buy a new computer because you no longer support a 32-bit version. Plus trying to give you a review with your ignorant Nickname field is a waste of time. No matter what you put in the field it says it has already been used.

turbotax fails to allow printing final results

Completely unable to print the final return - not even able to create a pdf file to try to print outside of turbotax.
Saw others had the same problem and that intuit never acknowledged the issue no less fixed it. After using turbotax for many years I will find a different solution next year.

Turbo Tax Year End 2024 Threw Me a Curve

Have used TurboTax Deluxe for many years. Excellent program. Fed Tax Year End 2024, threw an error on one of my forms where "unmark estimated" (Hinsprm) needed to be done. The Form had nothing marked estimated. Thus, a call to Turbo's Customer Support. Customer Support Specialist "Gabbie" worked with me for 15 minutes+ to resolve the issue. I cannot pay enough compliments to Gabbie: superior customer service: pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, etc.

I have a 1099-R form from a Canadian Company. Turbo Tax asks for a US
state address. It is not accepting anything I enter.

Not very confident in the software this year

I've been a TurboTax user for many years now, but this year's version was not my favorite format and leaves me doubting the overall accuracy of the software. I found an error in the mailing instructions, but there was no easy place to report this error. I hope other people don't run into a problem because of this error.
