Turbo Tax went way downhill

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and this year was really bad.
For some reason it would not let me enter any social security information. I looked for support and apparently other folks have been having this problem for years and it appears as if Intuit has not been very responsive or supportive. The problem was serious enough to make me switch fro Turbo Tax next year. FYI, I finally got around it by entering the data directly into the 1040 form.
In addition, whenever I restarted Turbo Tax it would not go to my previous forms but started all over! I could not even get to my old forms. What a mess!
