Turbo Tax is a reasonable software program. But "selling" State tax filing through the software is troublesome.

More complicated than previous years. Asking password to download from investment company is not good.
Do not want to share personal passwords with Turbo Tax. Can not install the software in my desktop PC.
No improvement but it gets worse. Go back to last year's version. Asking more money for every little extra.
Overall, I feel less confidence and good reputation of Turbo Tax is fading away.

I do NOT like the changes to Sch B! It's harder to deal with than previous versions. Could not tell which investments were which, several got duplicated and had to be deleted. Much easier to use before. Used Turbo tax for many years and like it. This change was not better! Also the check box change is very annoying. Everything remains checked instead of going off when you say N/A or no!

i tried to pay the state fee but your system would not allow it. then i had to pay an extra 40. for you to take it from my refund....after spending 60. for the download. will NOT use you again and i will tell everyone i know.

Schedule D issue

I have enjoyed using TurboTax, however, I ran into a problem in listing my Schedule D items. It did not allow me to change a Description on the schedule in the Easy Step format. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.
