Desktop software needs improvement

I had to wait over a month to file my taxes as state tax software update was not working. I contacted customer support and they were able to figure out the issue, but even they couldn't provide the exact date for resolution of this issue. Once this issue was resolved, there was another update that couldn't go through and I had to manually download the update and install it as admin. Overall, the experience is not smooth and reminded me of buggy softwares from early 2000s.

It gets hung on small items that need correction without explaining how to correct, but a good program all in all

Turbo Tax is a Solid Product

Turbo Tax is a solid, easy to use product. I like the additions this year of being able to import 1099-INT and 1098 forms directly from my financial institutions. The one issue I experienced is that this year's app is not able to read/write to OneDrive Personal Vault. Got errors of that location not being a valid mount point.

absolutely detest the new user interface for entering 1099 INT DIV and other manual entry forms. those big blocks of space take up so much room that very few of the documents show on sa page. old way much better.
