Problems during using Turbo Tax

It was glichy and even when I answered questions it did not keep the information and I had to go back and input again and again and check boxes again.
I could not get it to efile and it stalled out 3 times.
I am surprised I had any problems because I have never had Turbo Tax problems before

I'm a senior citizen (78) trying to do my taxes for the first time by myself. Up until now, I've had my accountant doing them, but a friend told me how user-friendly TurboTax is, so I decided to give you a try. I must agree, you are. There were a few things I wasn't sure about, such as my RMD, and AGI, but I got through it. Now I will be all set for next year because I will have the 2024 information in my TurboTax! Thank you.

Turbo Tax has become more confusing than in prior years. I found this true especially in the State Tax area, And my taxes are very simple.

TurboTax had two frustrating flaws!

Disappointed this year. The program didn't get updated with both federal and state forms until March, which was after I filed. Plus, I bought the version that offered a $20 state return filing fee but charged me $25 anyway, even though your telephone help (called twice) couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, I didn't want to waste more HOURS both in the program and with telephone help so I just paid the $25 and got on with my life, which was before the March 1st deadline that warned the filing increase to $25 wouldn't occur until March 1st. That was soooo frustrating, so I wouldn't recommend your product to a friend without warning them first!
