Confusing

I had some problems importing data from my brokerage firm, took some time to figure out what name to enter since the firm from last year's return automatically popped up.

Navigation was a little difficult due to some format changes from last year, but I worked through that. Had problem at end when transmission failed. Screen referred me to 'online menu' to get updates but nothing was labeled 'online menu' on my Mac. Your tech assistant Mary tried screen sharing but that didn't work because the Mac is different from a PC. Then she suggested restarting my Mac. Voila! Made my day!

The initial download and registration process took over 8 hours to complete. Without the installation medium, the download process ran into failures that ended the process. I am a thirty year user of the product that is disappointed. The actual step-by-step interface worked better this year over the last two product years.
