TurboTax extra charges

I would have given 5stars however, I bought the product for $63.00 but then I was charged another $65.00 when I finished and sent my return. Why the extra charge???

I knocked off one star for an error that occurred and seemed to take too long to resolve.
My RMD was a value with cents that did not get rounded to the nearest dollar causing Turbotax to tell me that my RMS was to great a value, or something like that. Your help team told me how to zero the cents and all went well from there forward.
