TurboTax program will not load/boot.

I had a very BAD experience with TurboTax this year. I finished my return and have tried repeatedly to restart the program to do other returns for my father in law and children. The program repeatedly fails to reboot. I get to the window which says "we know it's taking a long time" and then the programs crashes. I'm having the exact same problem with TurboTax for Business. It will NOT reopen and run. I've tried reinstalling it without much success. So very frustrating.

we've used turbo tax for several years after becoming disappointed with our accountant's performance. we've found this package to be easy to use and of good value. This year we ran into a small problem which manifested itself as an error condition that we could not clear. I contacted Turbo tax. They were very attentive s and diligent in trying to clear the error condition with me. Neither of us could figure it out. The initial agent escalated to a tax expert. During that time I managed to alter an unrelated field and the error disappeared. I may have caused the problem during data entry or it may be an application bug but either way the representative was very understanding and helpful

ABLE rollover not covered

Rollover to ABLE doesn't appear as an option in the interview sequence for Coverdell distributions. This is a serious omission in an otherwise great product.

Excellent program that is easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years now and find it easy to understand and use. If you need assistance there is community that you can contact and phone number. I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone.

I wish I could get a refund. This system is difficult to navigate. Turbo Tax froze, I was unable to print my taxes and I have no hard copy of what I e-filed

TurboTax Missing Boxes on forms

The only thing I find a little difficult is when I receive a form and it has more boxes that are not included in the TurboTax Software. Example, for my mortgage, I have a box 10 that is not shown on your software. Overall, I believe I can figure it out but if they matched it would be one less thing to double check.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

The Turbo Tax feature of downloading 1099 data from brokerages and banks is very valuable for saving time and minimizing errors. Some features could be improved for convenience, but overall it' sa great product.
