Incredible agent

This morning when I opened my TurboTax account, my 2023 files were not there. I contacted TurboTax via the telephone and was connected with an incredible agent who assisted me in downloading my files. And it was not easy. We made multiple attempts before it was finally downloaded.
I wish I had gotten the name of the agent as she was so knowledgeable, patient and just a delight to work with. I hope I never have a need to contact an agent again but if I should need to, I sincerely hope I am connected to her.

Needs resolution of GUI error on payment

Attempting to pay for additional state e-return with credit card could not select "01" for expire date until I erased card number - poor GUI design, should not have allowed entry of card number until AFTER entry of expire date or fix GUI to allow selection of "01" regardless of card number already input!!

does not take you back to the exact place you left off
had to always go to most recent to find continue
can't electorally attach a 1099 r to submit tax electronically had to submit by mail Vanguard requires this if a withholding is on the form
no short cut to just take a sandard deduction too many confusing questions not a pleasant experience

Frustrating!

Very frustrating! When I went to file, Turbo Tax dumped all my data and I had to reload everything. Additionally, all of the steps after and including add financial institution data, the software froze and i had to keep pressing the exit function for the software to go to the next step.

Return completed and indicated an approximately $4,523.00 for fed refund due. Did a final review and review was reduced to $275.00.

Too many key strokes to do one entre in income. last year info appears and you should be able to just edit instead of having to go to a different page and check more boxes and then go back.
