I found it much more convenient to load the CD and get up and running. It took me an hour and a half to sign in since I forgot my password, and turbo tax wouldn't let me reset it, or open a new account. I ended up in a spiraling loop. found my password by accident. Did my taxes in half the time.

Generally a good system but IRS form 1116 instructions are convoluted with poor instructions from Turbo Tax. QBI similar but not as poor as form 1116 #1-#3

Imports don't work

The import function doesn't work, in prior years I haven't had any issues with imports, this year I was unable to import any of my data. Manually input all of my data. When trying to import, entered data as required for financial institutions, hit continue no error message just went to last field and sat there, verified all inputs were correct same thing. The only benefit to using this product was not having to manually enter name address social security numbers. I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 20 years and this year it took a step back.
