Turbo Tax is great! The program walks you through step-by-step. It checks everything at the end and double checks when you put incorrect formats and bank account numbers at time of processing for deposits on e-files. I

One star - I'll tell you why

I give it a very low rating because every time I start the application there is an error message saying "looks like we've hit a snag." Every single time. If you click the option to send a report to TurboTax, your life is ruined, because doing so corrupts TurboTax, and you have to uninstall it, which is no easy matter. This has been going on for years. TurboTax has never fixed the problem, even though I reported it to them years ago. What kind of rating do you think this deserves? Five star?

Great But Automated Features SHOULD BE FIXED!!!

Overall, the DIY aspect of this program is really nice, however, the 'Let Us Fill Out Your Info' using a W2 or by logging in with ADP/employee info NEVER WORKS! So irritating, but yet I still file with them year after year...

THIS PROGRAM WAS HORRIBLE ! IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I COULD NOT EFILE MY STATE RETURN FOR AZ I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE. DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY

Pay using return does not work

The finish payment using my return option did not work and left me on a blank screen. I tried multiple times yesterday to no avail. I went ahead and paid using a credit card today with no issue.
