missing print pdf

Make working with Turbo Tax Easier!

I have used Tubo Tax since I installed it using 3.5 inch floppies. The end this year was very frustrating. I wanted to pay my Fed tax online but after filing online there was no way to get back to the pay online option. I tried search and the assistant comes up. There is no place to type in my question. I guess I will end up mailing in a check with all the paperwork. Thanks for the extra work!

Turbo Tax is a Good Product

Turbo tax is a very good product. I did have occasion to call for help. The woman on the phone was very nice, although I don't think she knew any more than I did. However, she went through the return with me and found that I had missed a box. Once that was corrected, I was good to go.
