Good product, not accurate with State Taxes.

Easy product to use but we have a problem EVERY year using your product. I use it for federal and state returns. Every year, I get a letter from the state of Pennsylvania saying I owe a penalty for not submitting estimated taxes each quarter. TurboTax says, every time I use it, there will be no penalty but yet I get one to pay after my taxes are filed. I have called TurboTax a bunch of times because they guarantee my returns will be accurate. They are NEVER accurate and they should either fix their penalty calculations or pay my penalty.
