Good, but slipping

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, but the app has gotten much harder to use in the last two years. I have used the download of forms from my broker - last year it worked alright, but this year it downloaded only one of the accounts 1099 without telling me about the other not being downloaded. I downloaded them again when I discovered it and this time they were both downloaded, but it failed to input to the tax form. So I downloaded the actual forms to find out what was wrong, I was surprised to find all of the info was entered in the forms even though the regular display showed nothing.
There were several other quirks similar to this as well, for example, the entry boxes sometimes don't accept edits while similar boxes do. No warning is given that double-click is needed on these.

fidelity download problematic

Use software for the past several decades. Had trouble this year with downloading fidelity data. The software downloaded ALL of the data from all of my accounts, even those with a different social security number (my sister's soc.sec.number). We had to discard those account summaries that go to me from those that go to my sister. She also had the same problem.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
