Not as good as previous years...

Washington does not have state income taxes but TT still made you go through it. The Washington State family credit section was clunky and confusing at best. I had to "order" Turbo Tax for Washington with a $0 charge. It forced me to re-enter my name and address all over again. I did not qualify and knew that I didn't qualify so there should have been a hard stop. I could not e-file due to this issue. Finally was able to find help online to delete this section so I could e-file. (I still had to select "File state taxes later). The download still had a section on the WA state family credit.
And for whatever reason, my 2023 return was not showing. I've used TT for roughly 15 years. I would think all of my returns are tied to my SS number.

Nice job again as always. Thank you for keeping current tabs, especially on individual state changes.
Prefer getting an actual CD so it can also be installed on a laptop as back up. Downloading and limiting usage on a desktop not convenient if only 1 user
