TurboTax = great product

I love the layout of this product and how it steps me through the difficult maze of tax preparation. Especially helpful are the "info" boxes explaining what, why, or how to select certain options. I've used this product for years and haven't been disappointed. Adding the easily available online tax advice is great to have if I can't handle some issue. Keep up the good work!

It gets the job done, but it constantly tries to up-sale additional features the entire time. No thanks. I'll go back to TaxCut next year.

Gets job done that's about it

Every year seems there is always a glitch, don't know why but things like not everything importing from the prior year to having to put in the same info over and over again. Maybe normal but I had to put my routing number in 4 times.
