Terrible experiences - 1st in 25 years

I have used Turbo Tax 20 plus years and this was a terrible experience. I input my tax info on 3 separate occasions on the advice of internet and EJ. I imported Edward Jones records and got 36 errors. On internet advice I tried again by deleting the EJ import and reloading. Said it was a known error but was fixed. Still didn't work. I started a new return, input all my tax documents and imported records. 36 errors. I then printed the EJ documents to input all the info manually.
Also the search function was menu driven and I would give it the same rating. I was used to putting in a phrase and it taking me to the required form
