NEED CD BACK FOR AN OPTION. DIFF TO DOWNLOAD

I HAVE ALWAYS USED THE CD VERSION FOR DESKTOP. NOW IT IS UNAVAILABLE. ALSO DIFFICULT TO FIND AND SEARCH FOR OTHER FORMS OTHER THAN WHAT MY RETURN NEEDS.

Turbo Tax disappointed me this year.

The product isn't poor, but the fact that I ended up clicking on something to allow an outsider to handle my refund is disgusting! I wasn't aware of what I was accepting.

Turbo Tax Disappointing for 2024 Tax Year

I didn't feel Turbo Tax was very clear on what was needed to be done when asking for a Keychain Access "Password". Also after I was done with the Federal and before starting the State, I chose to look at the 1040 form. There was no way to get back to where I was. I closed out the form and was kicked out of TurboTax. I found the Turbo Tax file stored somewhere strange. I had to move it, before the App allowed me to continue with my taxes. NEVER had issues like this before. I found my taxes (which are exactly like last year), harder to complete than prior years.
