I use Turbo Tax every year and never have issues with the returns. However, this tear I found that sometimes the software would load but then drop out after I selected the document button. Usually, I could reload and get back to the document after a second try but until the return was finished, I was afraid the info would be lost. It never was and the submissions went cleanly as usual.

Worked great except I had trouble with Schwab entr

Worked great except for dealing with the process of entering my Schwab account data. The electronic downloading was easy. Then the trouble began. TurboTax seemed to have me going in circles to complete the section. In the process I ended up with one gain being duplicated. It took the support folks to get me straightened out. Bottom line for that issue: I found it convoluted and confusing. I wasted several frustrating hours and wished I could just hand all my data to someone to do it all for me. Otherwise it went well and I was finally successful.

Turbax double dipping to pay underpayment

I owed on my Arizona State return and your turbotax program recommended paying it online directly to AZTaxes.gov. Your program then proceeded to use my direct deposit information from my Federal overpaid tax refund to withdraw it again from my checking account. I did NOT authorize this! Due to me not having a job right now this double dip needs to be returned ASAP. So far I've spent 2 hours trying to get AZ to give it back to no avail. Due to this gross screwup I will no longer be purchasing Turbotax to process my returns unless this is something you can fix within the next 5 days.
