Problems with Printing

This year was not so easy as it usually is. The application has a print button when you are essentially done with your return. This is where you print a copy of your return for your records. When pressed there is what appears to be the application printing the return, but then there is no printing being done at all. Checked the printer and it was working fine. It was impossible to get to a human support staff. The online and voice prompts for solving this problem did not in fact solve it. I had to convert the saved file to a PDF manually to print it myself. The application was never able to provide me with the printed copy. This is not acceptable.
