Problem with Turbo Tax e file state

Easy to use however I was supposed to get a free state file and they didnt give it to me. My daughter and I both had to pay to e file state--

Turbo tax need much work

Product is not user friendly. There is too much down time. Questions seemed overkill. Old disc version was much easier to use. Difficult to move from one section to another without going way back. Needs to be much simpler.

Great - just need the print out to separate the instructions from the return for mailing. Wastes paper everytime the instructions are first and the return is on the flip side...

I had called 4 times and was not able to e-file until a lady name Sierra spent one and a half hours on the phone with me, walking me through every step and stayed with me until I was able to e-file. She was amazing. What patience!
