Turbo tax is good but coulldn't purchase state fil

I enjoy Turbo tax and it's easy to use. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because i've been getting an error when trying to purchase my state filing fee for several days. So, i printed out the state and i will mail it instead. On the positive side, i saved myself $25 but it would be nice to see a message that the issue is known or the problem is something with my PC. Looking at the Turbo tax support, the problem has been happening for several years.

Turbo Tax problematic this year

It did NOT pick or transfer info from last year's return, which is on the same laptop. Also, more problems than usual. I am not truly trusting it this year. It switched me from filing by deductions to the standard deduction and a high payment. My deductions were more than the standard and my medical was within the guidelines.

TurboTax Deluxe - misleading state efile

This year I decided to purchase the software to perform my taxes. It was pretty standard process; however, it was surprising that even though I paid for the package with 5 federal e filings and 1 state e filing included, that I was still required to pay to efile my state return. I called support & they informed me the state fee would always need to be paid. That's false advertisement. I like using TurboTax; however, I don't like paying for a service and not receiving that service.
