TurboTax for State have Issue

Was fine until entering my state tax returns, could not find where to enter my information for 529. It took me some time for me to find it and would have cost me a couple of hundred dollars. My entry have been the same for a last few years so not sure why it did not ask me or allow me to find it. The search function seems inadequate.

File opening is not very clear or easy

Once using the package it is very easy to follow. However, file opening is not easy.

Turbotax is Great but keep all the old files

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I wouldn't use anything else. I had to enter into a Chapter 16 bankruptcy and had too go back for previous years (2016, 2017, 2018 and 20190) i had launched the Turbotax files on my personal laptop, but I lost some of the earlier files when I lost my hard drive on a Ransomwear attack. I had all the discs but not all of the software keys so I was unable to recreate older, unfiled retuens using TirboTax

Some items are inconvenient to input. Each year I had to spent a lot of time back and forth to make it correct.
