No CD to use sucks!

I've used TurboTax for many years and was generally pleased with it. But this year the lack of a CD made it difficult. I have had over 50 years with experience with digital devices. How many of your customers even know what boolian algebra is? Downloading the program was, for various reasons, difficult. I had to resort to my granddaughter's help. I'll see what alternative tax program I can find next year.

The product is not the worst but it is definitely not the easiest to navigate. We've used this for years now, and every year it takes us hours to do because of the weird and wonky questions it asks us. I think you could break it down to more common man speak very easily. Like, what happens when you go to a in-store tax expert. Sure, we could pay the extra money to use a tax expert through TurboTax, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of this program? So, our suggestion is to simplify the language when it comes to the finances. Explain it complicated, but also a simple explanation on the side. Also, there are too many showy screens/pages to go through, especially when the total calculation is kept above.

I wish there was a Users Guide available to provide an overview and details about the TurboTax software. In addition, I would like to have an easier way to contact TurboTax with questions about anything that came up while using the software.

The help center is worthless. I asked how to start a new return and it brought up over 1200 items that never came close to answering my question.
