Turbo Tax Is Bad on Window's 11

When I bought the program I installed it on a Window's 10 Pro system and everything worked fine. After I finished my taxes I bought a new/used computer with a window"s 11 Pro system on it. Turbo Tax 2024 loaded up on the window's 11 system but wouldn't open. I got an error message and it closed. Looked on the web for answers but found none. so I had to go back to the window's 10 system to file my return. I did load my Turbo Tax 2023 64 bit on window's 11 system and it works fine.

Every Year this Program is less and Less Reliable

I have been using TurboTax for at least the past 20 years and every year I find it that it is less reliable, more cumbersome to use, repetitive questions that I need to answer over and over again, less stable, and more confusing.

Turbo Tax is the most frustrating thing in life

Everything was very good until it got to paying for the electronic filing that I was forced to do.
I am frustrated. This didn't have to be such an ordeal.
At this moment, I have no idea if my taxes are filed electronically or if the taxes were paid through my checking account. Perhaps you ought to have your Grandmother try to use your service?

I've used TurboTax for several decades and found it very helpful for doing my taxes each year. I'm a little disappointed that this year I could only purchase it as a download. I would prefer to get it in CD form. However that disappointment is somewhat offset by the fact that this year I received the largest refund since I've been using TurboTax. TurboTax makes doing your income taxes easy.
