Why does my return keep being rejected?

In order to prepare my 2024 return I printed my 2023 return for reference Everything went well until it came time to efile. I was asked to indicate my 2023 AGI which I did. I was also asked to enter my pin number and I accepted what was shown to me. My return was rejected and when I returned to the program a different amount was indicated to be my AGI for 2023. I entered that number and continued to be rejected. I no longer am sure of what my AGI figure was nor my pin number and I am forced to file by mail.

Your handling of 1099-B and additional 1099-DIV data is dismal. It's like, "You're on your own, sucker!"

Good software except minor issues

My federal return isn't received by the Internal Revenue Service. Same problem last year.
Some items didn't fill in by Turbotax. Short term and Long term investments. I did it manually.
