Turbo Tax acceptable

I did engage with one of your live agents. The live agent worked earnestly to assist me, due to a problem in the TT program, I had issues. It would allow me to proceed where no data was available. That same issue prevents me from filing my state taxes electronically. It almost most like false advertisement.

TurboTax is a solid tax prep tool

Overall TurboTax is a great tool. I have found certain areas where it was difficult to determine the meaning or get the information I needed. It takes a certain amount of fenagling sometimes to understand where certain entries are to be entered.

Turbo Tax NC State Return Needs Work

Federal Return and Colorado Returns were great and easy to use - as always. The North Carolina State Return was very poorly done. There was little to no explanation about how to make entries, (e.g., what is taxable v what is not taxable). And, there was at least one error in NC handling of social security income that required a manual override.
